The written quotation governs

Everything on this website — prices, dimensions, weights, seating guidance and lead times — is indicative. The written quotation we send you is the binding document. Where this website and a quotation disagree, the quotation applies.

Prices

• All published prices are EX-WORKS Suzhou (Incoterms 2020) in US dollars.
• They exclude freight, insurance, import duty, destination tax, unloading, foundation work and local installation.
• Prices move with the exchange rate and are confirmed in writing per project. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
• Two units or more are quoted at distributor terms.

What is included

The standard specification is the polycarbonate shell and roof, the 6063 aluminium base profile, one aluminium door with a mechanical lock, one window, assembly hardware and export packing. Fully configured adds the LED light strip and the curtain system. Anything else — foundation or platform, interior floor, furniture, electrical work, cooling equipment, permits — is outside our scope unless the quotation states otherwise in writing.

Site, permits and installation

The buyer is responsible for a flat, level and load-appropriate foundation, for local planning, structural, fire and electrical approvals, and for the safety of the assembly work. We supply base dimensions, assembly documentation and step-by-step installation videos, and we answer assembly questions by email. That guidance does not replace local engineering approval and does not transfer responsibility for the site to us.

Delivery, inspection and claims

• Lead times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and run from confirmed order and payment terms.
• Under EX-WORKS, risk passes to the buyer when goods are made available at our works.
• Inspect crates on arrival, photograph them before opening, count packages immediately and keep the packaging. Report damage or shortages with dated photographs, labels and affected part numbers promptly.
• Claim handling follows the shipment terms and the evidence provided.

Product information and images

Photographs and 3D visualisations on this site show configurations that may include options, furniture, decking, lighting and landscaping that are not part of the quoted supply. Scale drawings and renders are for comparison; the dimensions in your quotation are the contractual figures.

Warranty

The shell carries a 10-year warranty. The covered criteria and the exclusions are set out on the warranty page and in the purchase agreement.
