Celenest domes along a landscaped resort path

Distribution partners

Build a service model around the product range.

Wholesale polycarbonate domes from two units, factory direct. A workable partnership needs market fit, training, spares and ownership of after-sales — not only a price list.

Customer objective

Define the market you can serve.

Identify target countries, customer segments, current channels, installation capacity and the reason this range fits your portfolio.

Recommended formats

Select a launch range, not every SKU.

  • Compact samples for demonstration and home leads
  • Core commercial round sizes for hospitality
  • Oval and extended formats for project-led selling
  • Accessories selected for the local climate and channel

Climate & operations

Local knowledge decides the recommended bundle.

Document sun, rain, wind exposure, seasonality and typical operating use. Recommendations must stay within confirmed compatibility and evidence.

Scope boundaries

Agree responsibility before territory.

  • Sample and volume terms require a written quotation
  • Sales and installation training scope must be agreed
  • Define warranty intake, diagnostics and spare-parts flow
  • Territory or exclusivity is not implied without a signed agreement
Evidence standard

Equip the channel with controlled claims.

Partners receive verified product records and labelled visual assets. Unverified performance claims and anonymous images should not enter local sales materials.

Is there demand

The words your customers actually type.

Monthly United States search volume, Semrush, July 2026. These are the terms an operator or a homeowner uses long before they know the word polycarbonate.

Search term US searches / month Who is searching
glamping tent 6,600 Resort and campsite operators
bubble house 5,400 Consumers and small operators
dome tent 2,900 Mixed retail and commercial
clear tent 1,900 Events and hospitality
igloo dining 1,600 Restaurants and rooftops
outdoor igloo 1,000 Restaurants, bars and homes
garden igloo 1,000 Homeowners
glamping pod 720 Resorts and hosts

Volumes are United States figures, shown to help you size a market — not a forecast of your sales. Ask us for the same data for your own country before you commit to a launch range; we will run it and send it with your quotation.

Where the margin is

Four revenue lines, not one.

  • The dome itself — factory direct from two units. Retail anchors are published on this site, so you can see the level you are selling against before you quote.
  • Configuration — ventilation, shade, screens, locks, lighting and extension modules are chosen per project, and each one is a line on your invoice.
  • Installation and site work — foundation, platform, power and fit-out sit outside our scope, which means they sit inside yours.
  • Spares and service — the shell is modular. Panels, seals, hardware and seasonal servicing become a recurring line as your installed base grows.

Distributor pricing applies from two units. Margin, payment terms and territory are agreed in writing against your market plan. We do not publish one global discount table, because a market with its own installation team is not the same business as a market without one.

How a partnership starts

Volume first, territory second — both in writing.

  • A sample or first unit, so your team has something to show and something to practise installing.
  • An agreed launch range — two or three sizes that fit your market, not the whole catalogue.
  • Product records, dimensioned drawings and labelled image assets for your own sales material.
  • Installation and after-sales training scope agreed before the first shipment leaves.
  • Territory reviewed against the first-year plan and confirmed only in a signed agreement — so it means something when you have it.
