Who we are

This website is operated by the dome division of Suzhou Bakway New Material Co., Ltd., Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, trading as Celenest. For any privacy question, write to shenyi@btwpcsheet.com and we will answer within one business day.

What we collect

• What you type into the quotation form. Your name, business email, country, the type of buyer you selected, quantity, the model you were looking at, the page you came from, and your message. Nothing on the form is collected without you typing or selecting it.
• Files you choose to attach, such as a site photo or a drawing.
• Standard server logs kept by our web server: IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are ordinary web-server records, not a profile.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build marketing profiles.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and to quote: to work out the right configuration, to price it, to arrange freight, and to keep a record of what we quoted you. That is a legitimate business interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and a pre-contractual step under 6(1)(b) where you go on to order.

Who else sees it

• Our email provider. Enquiry notifications are delivered through Alibaba Cloud enterprise mail to shenyi@btwpcsheet.com.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
• Freight forwarders and carriers, but only if you ask for a landed estimate or place an order, and only the details needed to quote or ship.

No one else. We do not pass enquiry data to advertising networks or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Orders are kept for as long as tax and export records require. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shenyi@btwpcsheet.com with the address you used and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority; if you are in California you may request disclosure and deletion under the CCPA. Asking us to delete your data will not affect any price you were already quoted.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the administration area, which applies to our staff, not to visitors.
